Looking at this painting took me back to my grade school days and peering into a box of crayons trying to decide which color I want to use. :) Thanks for making me smile, Mo. I needed that today.
Often I hear artists go on about having a "limited palette" - limited colors. A couple of years ago after seeing a "kitsch" show, I decided I was going to use every last color (color pencils) in the box.
Although I didn't on this one, I used as many colors as I could. Think of it as going against the artistic norm.
In other words, you picked up on what I was doing and I'm glad it made you smile.
