Doce

The last of the trio, of dot paintings, had a lot more blue and green dots in it. I was exhausted by the time I finished it. Fortunately I finished all three paintings days before the actual deadline for a group show.

    The red and green colors and the design of the dots that look like bows on a package give this one a very Christmasy feel to it, Mo. I really like it.

    My general tendency is to use lots of bright colors. Christmas wasn't on my mind when I was painting this canvas on Halloween night.

    I'm happy that you found Christmas in this painting. I was just having fun playing with lots of pastel colors.

    My art works a lot better when I take the time needed to complete it - without having to rush through it.
